Wendy Li, shareholder of Greenberg Traurig, will be speaking at the 15th Annual Saratoga Institute on Equine, Racing & Gaming Law Conference at Saratoga Springs, New York from August 11-12. The annual program organized by the Government Law Center of Albany Law School, is dedicated to exploring the legal and public policy implications of racing and gaming in New York state and the nation.

Li will participate as a panelist in the session titled “Know Your Customer: AML and FinCEN Compliance” on August 12.  The discussion will include past and present BSA/AML law enforcement and regulatory approaches to casinos, the different roles of enforcement agencies, including FinCEN, IRS, FDIC and United States Attorney’s Office as well as agency’s audits, and the significance of different laws outside of the United States, including but not limited to BSA/AML and FCPA compliances.
